You agree not to use EGN to:

5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post on EGN. By posting, you grant EGN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy
EGN has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that violates our Community Guidelines will be removed. Users who repeatedly violate these terms will be permanently banned from the platform.
7. Moderation
Our team reviews reported content within 24 hours. Users found to have posted objectionable content will have that content removed and may be ejected from the platform.
8. Termination
EGN reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
9. Disclaimers
EGN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EGN after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
